What's behind the Designer!

Sarah Strader has been submersed in the design world since she was a little girl.

Even when she wanted to rearrange her room, she was sketching floor plans and measuring all her furniture to ensure the new arrangement would fit. Sarah was very creative building houses for her dolls, with the magic of cardboard and wallpaper Sarah was unstoppable.  Sarah attended a high school in Altamonte Springs Florida, where not only was she able to follow art she played 3 separate sports. Played as a varsity player on the undefeated golf team.  With the support of her art education teacher who pushed Sarah to “think outside the box”, this  would support her in her move to Detroit, Michigan’s prestigious Collage for Creative Studies to purse her art education. Sarah Majored in Interior Design with a minor in Furniture Design and Graphic Design. Though her declared major all students were required to follow though with a foundations program. This included glass blowing, gas welding, wood shop, figure drawings, painting, book making, chalk drawing, and extensive art history. Though out her education Sarah was privy to classes being held at the art museum, including a private showing of Degas’ original sketches from his private sketchbook.

Sarah’s education is unparallel for her industry, she has the ability to walk anyone through their space and have them fall in love with the potential of their space!

Since Sarah has launched her furniture and textiles collection she has filled a void in the industry. She brings such care and attention to details for what has been missing; the level of attention for her product also transcends in her design work and the customer service to all o f her clients.

Her textiles are unparallel to any hand printed goods on the market. 23 amazing patterns with an amazingly unique color palate.
